This blog is especially dedicated to the woman .In Hindi it is said that “Jaan hai to jahan hai”. Well., it is right said.

So well, for being alive(without any health issue) we need to take care of our health. Especially for the married woman. When she has to look for her family, children and also if she is working anywhere.

Previously, before marriage the girls are too much conscious about their health as well as figure. As soon as she gains weight, she tries some remedies or exercise to loose weight.

But after marriage she has to play multitasking role and she didn’t get time for herself and it will be more critical after childbirth. She forget to live her own life and she lives only for her family and for her children.

So, How woman can make herself healthier?

Healthy diet doesn’t gives you enough energy, but it also helps to reduce your stress, boost your mood, and also helps to support your weight.

    If you have to go out to take some things and you have enough time and have short distance, then don’t go by your vehicle…just have walk for that. Walking helps you to keep your muscles live and fit. Also helps to refresh your mind. In routine household work you can also do floor cleaning by your own(Do not use mop).

    It is advisable to take enough sleep to keep yourself healthy. The ideal time to for sleeping is 6-8 hours. If you will take less time for sleep, you might have problem of headache, weakness, high blood pressure, mood changes, etc.

    Start your day with healthy breakfast. Include some fruit juice, oats, wheat items, etc. Bring your own lunch from home. Don’t go out everyday to visit any food spot for lunch.

    Keep yourself hydrated with juice or else water. Quarterly have a habit to drink water even in your busy schedule. And don’t wait till you are thirsty. Because dehydration causes many diseases.

    Nuts works as peanuts when you are hanging out. It is the additional source of energy. Eventually while working, keep habit of eating dry fruits or nuts.

    While you are working for a whole day, keep habiting of taking break. You are entitled to have break even in your busy schedule.

At some point, this blog corelates to me also. I am also careless regarding health and weight as I have to take care of family, child and also for job. So, take some time from your busy schedule for yourself to live in a better way.
